This Privacy Policy explains how IRL ("In Real Life," "we," "us"), a product of M2X Technologies FZCO, collects and uses your information when you join our waitlist at inreallifeexperiences.com. IRL is a booking and back-office platform for retreat and camp organizers, currently in early access.

What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address (required, so we can contact you about early access) and any optional survey answers you choose to give (your role, the types of experiences you run, how often, and the features you want). When you visit the site, we and our providers also automatically collect standard technical information through cookies and similar technologies — such as your IP address, device and browser type, and how you interact with the page — to keep the site working and to measure and improve our advertising.
How we use it
To manage the waitlist and contact you about early access, updates and launch; to understand our audience so we build the right features; and to run and measure our advertising, including on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Our basis for this is your consent (which you give by joining the waitlist) and our legitimate interest in building and promoting our product. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc., which uses cookies to measure our advertising. We have enabled Meta's Automatic Advanced Matching: when you submit the waitlist form, information such as your email is hashed (irreversibly encoded) in your browser before being sent to Meta, and used to match your visit to a Meta account so our ad results are measured more accurately. We never send Meta your information in readable form. Meta processes this data under its own Data Policy (facebook.com/policy.php).
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with providers who help us run the waitlist, only for that purpose: Supabase (securely stores your signup and survey answers), Lovable (hosts this website), and Meta Platforms, Inc. (receives hashed data via the Pixel, as above). Some providers are located outside the UAE and the EEA (e.g., the United States), so your information may be transferred and processed there.
How long we keep it
Until we launch and you become a customer, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first. We review the list periodically and remove entries we no longer need.
Your choices
At any time you can ask what data we hold, correct it, or have it deleted; unsubscribe from emails via the link in any message; or withdraw consent. Email support@inreallifeexperiences.com and we'll handle it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and hold our providers to the same standard. No internet transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
Adults only
IRL and this waitlist are intended for adults (18+) who organize or are interested in organizing retreats and camps. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product develops; we'll change the "last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify you by email.
